Welcome to the Verizon Wireless Settlement Website
This website is for persons who received notice of a class action Settlement for current and former Verizon Wireless employees at retail sales locations.
The Court approved the Settlement on October 29, 2013. However, on November 19, 2013, an appeal of the order approving the Settlement was filed. That appeal must be successfully resolved before the Settlement can become effective and payments to eligible Class Members can be made. It is not known when the appeal will be resolved, but this process will take at least several months.
You were eligible to file a claim for Settlement money if:
You worked in a Verizon Wireless retail sales location in the United States (such as a store, kiosk or in-store location) and you were classified and paid overtime as nonexempt or Salary Plus employees between March 16, 2008 and February 15, 2013.
To request money from the Settlement you were required to file a Claim and Opt-In Form no later than September 30, 2013. That deadline has passed.
To learn more about the terms of the approved Settlement, how your legal rights may be affected, and if and when Settlement payments may be issued, read the Settlement Documents and view answers to Frequently Asked Questions and important Deadlines & Dates.
